The primary objective of the Market Manager role is driving profitable growth of the branch through local sales that continuously increase Randstad's' market share. The successful Market Manager lead will a team of staffing professionals in sales, recruitment, order management, and excellent customer service. The Market Manager will manage P&L and prospect budget; prospect sales, client relationships, account management, team performance management and development.


* 5-7 years of experience in territory sales or sales management

* Strong personal sales ability, including objection management and closing skills

* Must have the ability to be flexible and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

* Clear verbal and written communications skills

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills

* Team-building skills
