The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering HR support and guidance to his/her assigned client group(s) within Alliance HealthCare Services. The HRBP contributes to the success of Alliance through collaboration with internal partners and customers which include but are not limited to, Legal, IT, Leadership, Quality, HR Shared Services and Team Members. The HRBP serves as the initial point of contact and subject matter expert of all things "HR" in relation to our Team Members and Leaders. The HRBP is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing HR initiatives which aid the customer group(s) in achieving operational business strategies, goals and growth objectives. The HRBP is both strategic and hands-on providing HR expertise in the areas of team member and leadership development, coaching, organization improvement, conflict management, training, compensation and recruitment.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

* Strengthen Team Member engagement, retention and culture by balancing Team Member and business needs that support company values and business goals. Create and develop HR priorities and initiatives that support the business and drive performance. Track and analyze data from HR Data Systems, complete exit interviews and stay interviews, facilitate round-table discussions and conduct engagement and retention surveys to identify trends. Provide business leaders with recommendations on action plans related to organization structure, compensation, attrition and other activities based on identified trends.

* Drive Leadership alignment, engagement and performance by building better leadership practices throughout the company. Coach Managers and supervisors to be optimal day-to-day leaders. Facilitate goal and performance management discussions and processes which include but are not limited to, providing training on how to write performance reviews, performance review calibration and analysis to ensure alignment across division/territory, and annual merit process guidance. Partner with L&D, to create, facilitate and deliver content as appropriate such as relevant leadership development workshops, projects and activities. Proactively identify the need for team member learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development opportunities.

* Facilitate better decision-making by driving consistency across the business and minimize risk to the organization. Coach leadership on the use of appropriate documentation and standard performance management practices. Assist Leadership in management of all stages of the performance documentation process, i.e. draft Performance Improvement Plans, Corrective Disciplinary Actions and Terminations. Drive effective and appropriate outcomes to Employee Relations issues by consistently and fairly enforcing company policies and procedures, thoroughly investigating and bringing resolve to formal complaints and providing recommendations on outcomes. Bring actionable insights driven by metrics that identify business and people opportunities. Drive people-related changes by coaching and influencing leaders to explore alternative solutions. Develop consistent approach and delivery by collaborating with subject matter experts within the organization to quantify risk factors and/ or develop strategies to mitigate organizational risk and share best practices and insights.

* Improve HR service experience and enhance reputation of HR by providing guidance and up-to-date expertise of Human Resource practices and employment trends. Provide leaders and Team Members with a "one point of contact" feel by leveraging colleagues within HR Shared Services to maximize contribution to business performance. Respond to internal customers timely and accurately and recommend effective resolutions. Represent the HR Shared Service Team gathering feedback and/ or obtaining the "voice-of-the-customer" and bringing the necessary and important insights back to counterparts to enhance and improve level of service. Recommend necessary tailoring of HR initiatives and projects taking into consideration what the business is going through. Active participant in appropriate business meetings.

* Collaborate with recruiting to conduct workforce planning, analyze staffing models and work through key actions to attract the best talent for the organization. Partner with recruiting and leadership on requisitions with exceptions or heightened staffing needs. Partner with leaders to develop Individual Development Plan and learning needs for key/ high-potential talent.

Position Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

* Certificate in Human Resources Management or PHR preferred.

* Three (3) to five (5) years of human resources generalist experience required.

* Experience working with and influencing management level business partners including consulting on employee relations, change management, compensation, full cycle recruiting and leadership development.

* Ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems and other information gathering systems.

* Comfort-level facilitating training classes in both in-person and virtual setting.

* Job requires approximately 10-20% travel.
