Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate closing packages
• Prepare and validate the Closing Disclosure and set up wires
• Coordinates signings and closings
• Review loan documents for accuracy, completion, and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with state and federal lending regulations
• Strong knowledge of wet/dry state closing requirements
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft applications with mortgage industry standard software
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Strong time management skills to plan and organize a high daily loan volume
• Strong attention to detail 
• Must be a team player and work cooperatively with fellow employees
