Community Health Network is currently seeking an exceptional BE/BC Addiction Medicine Physician for a full time opportunity within our Behavioral Health Services in Indianapolis, IN. This role will be part of our addictions team specialized in Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT). Ideal candidates will be flexible, team-oriented and have a passion for addictions/MAT. Board certification in Addictions Medicine and Suboxone certification is highly preferred.

* Crisis services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week by phone or in person

Licensure & Certification

BE/BC in Addiction Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
