Summary:

We are searching for astrategic, analytical, and innovative product manager with knowledge ofmarketing and new product development. In this role, you will be responsiblefor all phases of development of new training products and maintenance of existing training products, including product definition,oversight through design/development, and commercialization. The idealcandidate possesses deep Genesys PureEngage platform knowledge, strong leadership and problem-solvingskills, is an effective communicator, and has immense experience workingcross-functionally. #LI-AP1

Key Responsibilities:

* Work directly with customers and Genesys University sales and delivery teams to identify user needs and define product requirements.

* Communicate effective and regularly with customers via sight visits, surveys, and panel discussions to ensure that all new products are designed to reflect customer needs.

* Learn the technology behind a sector of the Genesys Portfolio of products in order to effectively communicate with development functions and support the sales, delivery, and design organizations.

* Develop a portfolio-focused strategic plan, and execute on the plan to meet all target KPIs.

* Maintain high customer NPS scores in relation to portfolio

* Perform regular data analysis to ensure portfolio is on track to success

* Utilize the life cycle management process to regularly review existing training products and develop updates and obsolescence plans as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

* 5 years working in a product management role in either a tech, telecom or education-focused environment

* 5 years working in product development with marketing and commercialization experience in either a tech, telecom, or education focused environment

* Knowledge and experience with PureEngage technology

* Ability to quickly learn technical products and apply knowledge to new projects

* Excellent communication skills required

* Ability to lead a high performance, cross-functional team

* BS Required, MBA preferred

* May require up to 25% travel.
