Customer Service Representatives
Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.
Kelly Services is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for one of our top insurance clients in Indianapolis, IN.
As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Pay rate: $15.50 per hour
Hours: Call Center hours are 8a.m.-7p.m. EST. Candidates MUST have flexibility & availability to work any 8 hour shift within these hours
Additional responsibilities include:
Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions
Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues
Provides external and internal customers with requested information
Receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature
Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting
Requires limited knowledge of claims
Call Center position, candidates will be on the phones 7.5 hours per day
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of Customer Service experience
Call Center experience is preferred
Basic computer knowledge
4 month contract with the possibility of hire
