Responsible for taking vendor transferred provider calls regarding problem claims and/or other issues. Performs research and works with internal business partners to get resolution for issues. Claims knowledge is highly desirable.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Responds to inbound/outbound provider calls.

* Follows up timely with providers on their issues.

* Knows WGS (preferred), Facets or NASCO platforms

* Claims issue resolution for multiple lines of business

* Required to meet department goals and expectations


Requires a HS diploma or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of the company's experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
