This position is responsible for conducting the comprehensive educational and intensive case management services for the Future Promises DADS program. This position requires the provision of appropriate assessment, intervention and evaluation of the teens and their children through quality and consistent execution of the program goals and objectives.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, social work, health education/administration. Minimum of three to five years experience in working with minority at-risk children, adolescents and their families in a school, community and home setting. Preferred maternal/child health background. Experience in public speaking. Experience in community-based health promotion programs.
