Job Summary:

The Heritage Group Ventures team is seeking an Associate focused on venture investment and growth. As a new ventures group led by experienced venture deal makers and backed by The Heritage Group, an 88+ year family funded business, THG Ventures has funding and capability to build a portfolio and succeed in venture markets. The focus will be on active and passive investment as well as a venture accelerator. The initial priorities will be to focus on helping build the venture portfolio and capabilities.

Ideal candidate:

* Possess a passion for innovation and willingness to dive in and help build a robust venture portfolio

Requirements:

* MBA

* 1-2 years of private equity or venture experience

* Focused on finance

* Science and/or entrepreneurship background desired

Relevant Skills:

* Able to have fun and maintain high standards

* Well-spoken and able to communicate across different audiences
