Position Description

Under supervision by the Support Group supervisor, the primary responsibility of the Support Representative is to process incoming mail (paper and electronic) along with research and respond to Claim support related inquiries. Work involves handling a variety of correspondence and assisting other departments when needed.

Job Responsibilities

* Process various types of correspondence.

* Handle check printing responsibilities.

* Maintain customer service database.

* Handle special projects.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer experience required (Windows Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe)
  • Previous claim or clerical experience preferred
  • Ability to organize and plan
  • Ability to work within a team concept
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
