QUALIFICATIONSGood people skills

Knowledge of basic computer skills and ten key skills helpful

Ability to work with USDA Graders

Must be able to maneuver carcasses as it passes on the chain to take proper image

Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per shift Ability to work in cold environment (average 34 to 36 degrees)
