Responsibilities

This position will support Engineering Integration (CEI) in the Defense of Guam (DoG) effort as a Senior Systems/Integration Engineer, and will act as a liaison between the DoG Development team, and the CEI-owned working groups. This position will coordinate with the relevant Element's development team to track the System-level concerns and maintain a status on the path(s)-forward for resolution. This position will act as a liaison between the DoG effort and the Chief Engineer's (CE) office for tasks like Action Item resolution, status briefs, etc.

  • Track, communicate, and maintain System-level concerns
  • Work with the development teams to track the concerns and project if, when, and how those concern will be mitigated in future development efforts
  • Report the status of the tracked concerns to leadership
  • Participate in fielding decisions associated with designated system(s) by representing the CE in the assessment of applicable concerns

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • MS Degree in STEM field with 12+ years experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance Technical knowledge and experience with development or operational use of Aegis BMD or C2BMC
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to brief senior government leadership

Desired Skills:

  • Experience within MDA and/or an MDA program office
  • Microsoft SharePoint Experince
  • Qlik Sense and Microsoft Project Experience
Support
