CSRA, a General Dynamics Information Technology company, is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our mission critical MDA team located in Huntsville, AL. CSRA provides a wide range of programmatic support services to assist Missile Defense Agency (MDA) manage and execute numerous acquisition programs. This position requires an analyst who can provide a wide range of analytical program management, acquisition, technical, and administrative support.

As the selected Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

* The analyst works in a high visibility position supporting senior leadership as well as various other leaders and managers in Acquisition management within the Advanced Technology Directorate within MDA.

* Requires a keen attention to detail in execution of all duties along with the competency in general management practices.

* Possess extensive experience and a strong Operations background to better support the entire organization.

* Ability to organize, analyze, and present information in a succinct, coherent and understandable manner to senior leadership when required.

* Possess an understanding of acquisition to include cost, schedule, and performance.

* Receive, review, and process staffing tasks through the electronic suspense tracking system (E-Tasker). It is necessary to be able to properly staff packages to and for Senior Leadership.

* Delegate tasks for appropriate action to subordinate organizations and track to successful closure. Many of these packages are for senior leadership and appropriate care must be taken to ensure proper content and adherence to the established form are maintained at all times.

* The analyst must be able to create and build briefings when required as well as review others to make sure they are in the proper format and meet the briefing requirements. Additionally, the analyst must be able to support Weekly Activity Report (WAR) requirements with strong writing and analytical skills to understand the content of what is being documented.

In order to be considered for the Business Process Analyst opportunity with us, you must meet the following qualifications:

* BA or equivalent + 3 years related experience, or MA + 1 year related experience.

* Must possess demonstrated Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced working knowledge and utilization of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint for the wide variety of products to be routinely generated.

* Must possess and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

* A strong technical writing background is also needed. This is necessary to support both acquisition and office operations along with an understanding if the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
