Human Resources Director

The HR Director will lead our plant HR Managers, promoting the Royal values and ensuring policy consistency across our five manufacturing facilities.

HR Director Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Supporting strategic and operational objectives.

  • Developing and implementing appropriate HR policies

  • Developing and maintaining Affirmative action plans.

  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment (culture)

  • Ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.

  • Motivating, developing and supporting current staff.

  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.

  • Work directly with Manufacturing leadership to support initiatives.

  • Works with the HRIS system (Kronos Workforce Ready) to meet information needs.

HR Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related/ business.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Highly organized.

  • Superior interpersonal skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Strong people skills.

  • Computer literacy.
