Job summary

We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager to drive core systems feature work for the new Amazon Dash Cart and other confidential projects. Our team is based in the Boston MetroWest area - Hudson, MA. We are all currently working remotely due to COVID-19 until January, 2022.

Amazon Dash Cart allows shoppers to checkout without lines — you just place the items in the cart and the cart will take care of the rest. When you’re done shopping, you leave the store through a designated Dash Lane. We charge the payment method in your Amazon account as you walk through the Dash Lane and send you a receipt. Designed and custom-built by Amazonians, our Dash Cart uses a variety of technologies including computer vision, sensor fusion, and advanced machine learning. Manage software service integration efforts across multiple teams.

Develop long-term business strategies.

About the team

Our product team is small, but mighty. Product managers own different aspects of the cart experience (hardware, on-screen shopping companion, payments, etc). We work together with our Design and Tech partners to make a cohesive experience for shoppers.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in related field

· 10+ years of relevant product management experience

Preffered Qualifications

· Experience with hardware products

· Experience in delivering tech innovation for grocery / food retail / consumer retail businesses

· Experience working/partnering with UX Designers and/or delivering simple UI/UX prototype solutions

· Experience managing complex product development cycles and highly technical solutions

· Experience working/partnering with hardware engineers and/or delivering simple mechanical prototype solutions

· Strong track record building and leading high-performing teams
