A scheduled start time and end time will be established between the core hours of 5:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday with 1-2 rotating Saturdays per month.

$1,000 sign on bonus! ($500 at 6 months and $500 at 1 year of service)

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for loading/unloading and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working efficiently as a team, you will be fulfilling daily orders to meet our customers' expectations. In order to maintain a safe workplace, it is necessary to follow all safety procedures and protocols. In addition, 25% of this position will include back up driver duties. You will be responsible for driving a parcel, cube van, or box delivery truck. While driving, providing outstanding customer service is essential, as you will be the "face" of our company" Other responsibilities include cash handling and invoicing for deliveries.

* Receiving

* Check in products completely and accurately

* Stock products and process returns

* Returns

* Inspect and count returned merchandise

* Determine the quality of returned merchandise

* Loading

* Load trucks using good judgement in regards to use of space and safety

* Safety

* Follow all company policies and procedures

* Demonstrate safe work behaviors in all tasks

* Power Equipment

* Operate power equipment including forklifts and high reach lifts

* Driving

* Drive a parcel, cube van, or box truck up to 26,001 pounds

* Follow and safety procedures per training manual

* Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

* Additional Responsibilities

* Assist with front counter, dispatch, and back-up driver duties as needed


* Good memory and able to work accurately with lengthy part numbers

* Basic reading and math skills required

* Above average scanning accuracy

* Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures

* Neat and well organized

* Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and work at heights of 25 feet on a regular basis

* Ability to push and/or roll tires up to 500 lbs pounds

* Ability to be trained and use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts

* Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service

* Work on his/her feet for extended periods of time

* Willing to work overtime as needed

* 1 year of relevant work experience and satisfactory completion of company road test

* 21 years of age for Non CDL Driver

* A valid driver's license and good driving record
