Talent Advisor

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Advisor will be responsible for delivering all aspects of a department's recruiting success through the development of hiring processes and both the implementation of traditional sourcing strategies as well as new and creative recruiting ideas. Ultimately, we're looking for that special someone who will play a crucial role in helping to ensure we continue to hire rock-stars with the best possible skillset and DNA match to the PROS culture.

A Day in the Life of the Talent Advisor: About the role:

* Own the strategy to recruit candidates, driving a business plan, building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing

* Manage the full cycle recruiting process from req creation to candidate close

* Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research

* Work with hiring managers to properly understand hiring needs while providing exceptional experiences

* Creating crisp and attractive job descriptions, role profiles, and compensation packages based on the position and company requirements

* Provide an efficient and concierge experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the recruitment process

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the top PROS competitors and industry hiring trends

* Understand our broader business and be able to answer questions around PROS' strategy, goals and culture

* Assist in establishing PROS as a Destination Company, both internally and externally

* Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinator on all pertinent recruiting documentation including applicant and interview data, offer letters, and new employee orientation packages

Required Qualifications - About you:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

* You have proven experience. 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience required

* You're bright. A Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience is acceptable.

* You've already proven your recruiting expertise by helping other growing companies recruit and retain amazing talent. You've done this before but remain hungry and excited about doing it again with us.

* Deep buy-in to our core company values and a commitment to seek the same in the candidates you source

* Standout writing skills, in a world full of dull, forgettable Recruiter emails, yours will dare to be different

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow for effective communication with executive management and across a multicultural, multinational office environment.

* You're street smart. You're THE definition of a self-starter and a problem-solver. You're resourceful and ruthlessly pragmatic. Self-starter with experience in cold calling, building a pipeline and executive client relationship building

* Highly preferred- Technical Recruiting Experience
