Responsible for managing high-profile client relationships in the fixed income market while managing complex transactions, working with all areas of business to ensure all aspects of engagement are executed timely and accurately, while minimizing risk and liability.

Technical Understanding / Practice Management

  • Possesses a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction
  • Develops, implements, and maintains sounds business practices
  • Accurately manages team metrics and KPIs/CPIs

Client Management

  • Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects
  • Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative business solutions
  • Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Provide senior level resolution to client issues

Internal Operations

  • Pursues excellence in all aspects of business and works with the highest ethical standards
  • Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
  • Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas
  • Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with fixed income securities and the structured finance market
  • Strong management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft software
  • Advanced Excel skills required

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • MBA preferred (Management/Finance)
  • Minimum 7 years experience as a director or similar position with proven track record that demonstrates increasing responsibility and accomplishments
