Patterson-UTI Management ServicesOffice and ProfessionalCompensation and Compliance is responsible for providing both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures and systems. This role collects, analyze, and maintains HR data to ensure the organization can attract and retain high quality employees.
