Position Description:

Our Accounting and Finance Practice is looking for consultants specializing in SEC Reporting in both leadership and individual contributor roles for projects related to SEC filing, but also including large restatement initiatives and RevRec (ASC 606) or Lease (ASC 842) assessments and implementations.

Professional Qualifications:

* 8+ years' of professional experience in the accounting field, ideally from a combination of public accounting and private industry

* Expert knowledge of current U.S. GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting requirements and internal controls over financial reporting

* Experience researching and preparing 10-K and 10-Q reports, with the ability to understand the reasoning behind the numbers as well as develop theories and recommendations for proper accounting and reporting

* Prior experience writing footnotes, MD&A and formal responses to SEC letters and working with internal and external auditors to communicate accounting positions and conclusions

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in Business, Accounting or related field

* CPA strongly desired

* Availability to travel
