1. Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Baccalaureate degree or specialty certification in area of practice desired.

2. Current State of Texas license/permit to practice professional nursing.

3. Minimum one year nursing experience in area of specialty.

4. Completed ACLS, BLS
