Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company is currently hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist based in Houston, Texas.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Will be responsible for making changes to the raw material and routing processes.

* Develops and implements new product production methods.

* Recommends and implements improvements in the production process.

* May receive specifications and guidance from team leader or senior level engineers.

* Handles special projects, as assigned.


* Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.

* Two or more years' experience in Machining Oil field products.

* SAP knowledge a plus.

* Basic analytical skills.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Good problem solving skills.

* Knowledge of general principles, concepts, theories, and practices of the applicable discipline.
