Director, Marketing, Communications and Services

Basic Function

As a Director of MARCOM and Customer Services, responsibility will include the management and oversight of the Marketing, Communication/Public Relations, Inside Support and Customer Services functions and personnel within HSB Solomon Associates LLC. Some of the initiatives include a focus on increasing brand awareness as we transform to a digital offering, website revamp, support documentation and collateral, inbound marketing efforts, PR campaigns and communication, customer feedback, among others. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. The preferred location is Houston, Texas, but consideration will also be given to Dallas, Texas, where Solomon's Headquarters reside. This role will require working collaboratively with Senior Management to create and execute marketing initiatives are successfully executed within schedule and budget. The ideal candidate for this high-visibility position will be a polished, results-oriented, analytical thinker with strong project management skills and creative oversight. They must bring solution-based thinking, analytical rigor and an extraordinary level of drive to this position. Creative digital plan development and management is also a key demand of this position. The ideal candidate will have a history of having worked for an Energy company or Energy services/solutions provider.
