Primary Skills


Assists in the execution of Client's compensation policies, procedures and programs to best attract, retain and motivate talent in accordance with the total rewards strategy. With direct oversight, follows established guidelines to effectively administer compensation programs including salary structures, executive compensation, rewards & recognition programs and incentive pay plans. Utilizes basic knowledge of compensation processes, policies and procedures to provide basic analytical and tactical support related to pay changes, promotions and compensation proposals. Supports the effective operation and communication of compensation policies, procedures and programs Monitors central compensation inbox, answers basic compensation-related inquiries and escalates complex inquiries as appropriate Assists with new job creation, job documentation, job code/job family management and FLSA reviews Participates in compensation surveys; conducts basic analysis to determine market competitiveness Creates, updates and tracks basic compensation agreements. Maintains tracking database for executive employment agreements Assists in tactical administration of performance appraisal and salary administration program including compiling and distributing data Supports the development of incentive compensation plans by providing data analytics and continuing to gain knowledge related to Client's compensation processes and design principles Assists in administration of incentive pay (commissions, target based plans, P/L bonuses, etc.), performs and submits calculations, creates basic models and utilizes templates to streamline the incentive payment process Supports stock compensation activities including: analyzing data, performing basic calculations and issuing awards and anniversary grants Assists in preparation of basic data for annual proxy statement Assist in administration of Rewards and Recognition programs including service awards, all partners' awards, scholarships, spot awards, etc. Documents procedures and processes to support compensation programs



Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience Microsoft Product Suite exposure with Excel a priority
