First Investors is searching for individuals that are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, have impeccable interpersonal skills and who are professional in all of their communications.

Overview: As a Collector II, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, servicing accounts that are past due. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service which includes building relationships, great listening skills, being empathetic and helping to resolve issues.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

2-3 years of collection experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Hours:

Training: 3 weeks Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm

Work Shift: Varies

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus

Shift Differential of 10% for Night shift

Shift Differential of 5% for Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking positions
