Assistant Professor - General ENT The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is seeking an academically motivated, full-time faculty member in the role of Assistant Professor with fellowship training in otology/neuro-otology to complement the current faculty. Successful candidates will be committed to patient care, resident, fellow, and medical student education and clinical and collaborative research. Individuals must demonstrate excellence in clinical medicine, teaching and scholarly activities during their training and practice. This is a unique opportunity for those interested in academic otorhinolaryngology with a specific interest in otology-neuro-otology. Approximately 50-75% of the position will be based at the Department's clinic at Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital (part of Harris Health), which has a large base of patients with complex diseases and conditions of the ear and lateral skull base. The remaining time commitment will be based at the Department's Texas Medical Center office. Fellowship training in otology is preferred.
