Director of Marketing
Job Summary: Leads our marketing and product development team and create a comprehensive marketing strategy for our organization. The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing including branding, public relations, digital marketing, content marketing, product development, and lead generation. Has passion for marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Creates an environment within the department that fosters positive morale and teamwork to ensure excellence in marketing performance.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field; five (5) years related experience and/or proven experience in branding, communications, and writing experience; or equivalent combination of education and marketing experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills that contribute to overall organizational performance and a positive, creative work environment. Intellectually curious about credit unions and their members; passion for the credit union mission and value proposition.
Must have knowledge of PC desktop publishing programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel. Salesforce experience a plus.
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
