Hallmark Aviation Services is the preferred passenger service provider at the Honolulu International Airport for QANTAS Airways, Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Air New Zealand, Fiji Airways, Jetstar Airways, Scoot Air and Westjet.

The job requires candidates to perform various duties for arriving and departing international flights into the Honolulu International Airport. This includes being able to operate the airline computer check-in system, and becoming knowledgeable of travel requirements and travel documentation for travel into numerous international destinations.

Airline experience is not required, as we will train. Six months of relevant customer service experience required. Selected Candidates will be required to work a minimum of 4 shifts a week, a minimum of 4 hours per shift and MUST WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. You must work Saturdays, Sundays and 2 weekdays of your choice. Shifts start between 4:00am to 5:00am and end between 08:45am and 11:00am.

You must attend Orientation on April 29, 2018 at 11:30am and Mandatory 5 days Training on Apr 30, May 1, 2, 3, 4 from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You must be on time and attend all training days in order to continue employment.

Required Skills

Basic Requirements

At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Valid US work Authorization

Able to speak, read and write in English

Flexible schedule to work weekends & holidays

Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying

Computer Literate

Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbs

Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures

DRUG SCREENING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE

Must have effective communication and listening skills. English proficiency is mandatory as candidate will need to be able to read, interpret and comprehend reference materials, instructions, and policies & procedures in the English language.

Candidate must know basic math skills, and world geography. Must take pride in appearance, and have good grooming habits. Candidate must have the mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions and use common sense. Candidates will interact with airline customers on a daily basis and will be trained and expected to deliver high quality customer service.

Environmental conditions involve working in fast pace, high noise levels, heat, cold, and heavy crowd activity. Work assignments may involve specific tasks associated with interim postings at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in, control-center, and other functional areas. Continuous standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, grasping, and picking up of items will occur on a daily basis. May need to pull, push, and move large bulky items up to 70 lbs.

Required Experience

Six months of relevant customer service experience.
