Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist DBCI Field HR with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

* Provide clerical and administrative support to the Plant Managers and HR

* Process documents and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)

* Assist in payroll preparations by providing relevant data (temps hours, absences, leaves, etc.)

* Coordinate communication with candidates and help schedule interviews

* Help conduct newly hired employee's orientation

Qualifications and Skills

* Must be professional, articulate, patient, team and client service oriented, able to change priorities quickly, follow directions and report to work at scheduled hour.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.

* Must be organized and able to multi-task effectively and accurately.

* Must have a form of confidentiality

Education Requirement

* High School Diploma

* 3 + years' experience in clerical work
