A Typical Day

The Quality Specification Compliance Coordinator will coordinate the gathering and evaluation of customer specifications, process capability, test methods, Product Information Bulletins (PIBs) and monograms are aligned. This roles work is guided to support the Quality Specification Compliance Manager and Specification process. Coordinates with Process and Business Analysts to gather, interpret and present timely, efficient use of key data for strategic business decision making.

Job Responsibilities

In coordination with the Quality Specification Compliance Manager, Sales / Marketing, Product Research, Technical Services, FSQA and Manufacturing pulls all necessary information together in order to present and facilitate decisions by key stake holders.

Execution of master data implementation for product specifications and incoming goods and customer associations within SAP.

Gathers, analyzes and presents information, objective data and capabilities to key stakeholders to make specification approvals.

Implementation coordinator for product decisions

Back up to Quality Specification Compliance Manager, when not present.

What You Will Need

High School Diploma and 10 years related experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years related experience OR Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering plus 3 years related experience OR Masters degree.

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Intermediate level

Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to resolve concerns and come to consensus

Ability to understand manufacturing capabilities and product specifications in order to present statistical evaluation and recommendation of process capabilities.

What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering plus 5 years related experience OR Masters degree plus 1 year related experience.

Experience with SAP
