OverviewGeneral Summary

This position is responsible for administration and support of Things Remembered Lawson HRIS as well as other HR systems. In addition, this position is responsible for auditing, processing and inputting all employee personnel actions for the Canadian Region. This position also provides technical support for the applicant tracking and on-boarding system to field management and applicants.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

* Maintains the integrity of employee information in the HRIS databases (Lawson and Ceridian); performs scheduled activities.*Analyzes, audits and processes employee information changes/actions into the Lawson and Ceridian HRIS databases.*Manages the I-9/E-Verify exception processing for areas of responsibility*Provides user support and training of HR systems (Lawson & Ceridian), procedures and policiesWrites, maintains and supports reports or queries as needed to support HRIS projects utilizing appropriate system report writing tools.*Provides general support of HR systems including researching and resolving HRIS issues and recommends solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements.*Maintains field personnel files to ensure files are complete and filed accurately.Builds and maintains relationships with field and the Corporate Home Office staff.Examines employee information to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel.Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed.

Education and Experience

Associates degree preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.Basic knowledgeable of relational database technology.Lawson and/or Ceridian system knowledge a plus.
