Support collecting, monitoring, and tracking deployed system performance. Identify, report, and assist with the resolution of operating and support deficiencies. Develop strategies for system performance optimization. Prepare and participate in system CCBs and support the planning and implementing system engineering changes. Designs, develops, tests and evaluates electrical, mechanical, and/or computer components, equipment and systems.
Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
Experience supporting systems engineering tasks, monitoring, optimizing systems, and measuring system performance.Holds industry recognized systems engineering certifications such as those offered for Windows, UNIX, and/or LINUX. Familiar with tools such as CA eHealth, Solarwinds, Remedy, and Serena Dimensions.
