We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with creative ideas who is as committed to making a difference in education as we are. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the annual development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including webinars, email blasts, and paid media. To support these activities, this person will be responsible for owning marketing operations, including Marketo (marketing automation system), ensuring it's working properly and efficiently, and training others as needed. Additional responsibilities that support lead generation to include optimizing the database and other marketing systems..


* Researches, creates and executes marketing strategies, incorporating innovative tactics, into the marketing automation system, Marketo;

* Serves as the architect and system administrator for all marketing systems and manages multiple vendors for consistency and cost savings;

* Provides marketing expertise, to ensure cross-functional alignment with other K12 Marketo SMEs to ensure consistency with company-wide marketing implementation

* Oversees, collects, and analysis data to make strategic and tactical recommendations for marketing campaigns, and gains support from key stakeholders;;

* Responsible for the delivery of training on technology platforms including Marketo Uberflip, and Salesforce;;

* Oversees the development of the annual marketing campaigns and plan; ensures lead quotas are achieved and determines media buys to include budget coordination with various vendors;

* Manages campaign development and execution for Stride and Credit Recovery; Manages the creation and delivery of all components of the campaign; works cross-functionally with other teams such as Sales and Product Marketing on messaging, and campaigns;

* Oversees the lead databases (internal and external) to ensure data integrity, segmentation, personas, to qualify leads and achieve the business strategic goals and maximize ROI;

* Manages Uberflip to optimize for lead generation efforts and enhancements based off metrics;

* Engages with direct response team to better optimize alignment between sales and marketing

* Bachelor's degree

* Eight (8) years of marketing experience OR

* Equivalent combination of education and experience

* Experience with a CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo and Salesforce)

* Experience using social media for marketing purposes)

* Outstanding communication, multitasking and analytical skills

* Strong record of achievement in terms of performance to goals/key success metrics

* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation

* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.

* Ability to pass required background check
