Overview

Our Account Management Support Assistant provides clients account management support when the clients dedicated account manager is traveling.

Qualifications

Education:

* High school diploma or G.E.D.

Experience:

* Minimum 2 years work experience.

* Experience in employer group medical benefits a plus.

* Must be organized, have strong communication skills, experience with Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Licenses/Certifications:

* None required

Responsibilities

* Works closely with existing account managers on a daily basis and provides backup support for account managers.

* Responsible for complete implementation on all new business and any changes for existing business. Implementation includes setting up new vendor relationships and all internal and external notifications.

* Works directly with all pharmacy benefit managers and internal as well as external IT departments to ensure file exchange set up correctly.

* Main point of contact for troubleshooting any pharmacy issues with clients and or their covered participants.

* Main point of contact with all pharmacy benefit managers. Works with reinsurance department to track receipt of all stop-loss contracts.
