As an Administrative Assistant you will help us achieve our goal by supporting our Auto Physical Damage leadership team.

This position will be located in either our Las Vegas or Colorado Springs Regional Claims centers.

A typical day as an Administrative Assistant includes:

* Prepares routine correspondence and researching information.

* Responsible for reception and telephone duties, including signing for front office packages.

* May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements.

* Responsible for sorting and distributing mail.

* Manages the calendars and schedules appointments.

* Types memos, payment requests and other department forms and documents.

* Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.

* Provides department support such as:

* Sends faxes as requested.

* Makes photocopies as requested

* Orders office supplies and maintains supply cabinet.

* Maintains various database and spreadsheet files as requested

* Performs other duties as assigned.
