This position reports to the Dealership GM

Salary Range $50-$70K base pay plus sales incentives

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Sales Representatives are responsible for creating an outstanding experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers. This role uses superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction to provide exceptional support for customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Sales Representative job duties are as follows:

* Complete entire sales cycle of motorcycles, ATV's, and UTV's, including financing

* Answer calls and meet with customers in person Research required information using available resources

* Manage customer expectations

* Provide customers with product and service information

* Enter new customer information into system / Update existing customer information

* Process customers' orders

* Identify and escalate priority issues / Route calls to appropriate resource

* Follow up customer calls where necessary

* Upsell optional equipment, packages and warranties

* Maintain sales floor

* Provide input on sales promotions

* Work with manufacturer programs

* Follow up with customers who have not purchased and those that have completed the sale

* Establish personal networks, participate in industry organizations.

* Participate in team meetings, work well with team, manager and customers


* Capable of building customer loyalty and sales through listening, relationship building, and professional and persuasive communication skills

* Able to influence, creative problem solve, and find customized solutions

* Flexible and adapt to change well

* Able to navigate various computer applications

* Able to efficiently multitask

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* Requires a current driver's license and clean driving record

* Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct
