Coordinator Support

Job Responsibilities:
- Works with the Data Operations team to insure all new install and repair work is covered in a timely manner.
- Works with managers, project managers, and install managers to efficiently move resources from job to job with minimal cost to the company.
- Maintains schedule for each technician. Communicates and is flexible with scheduling.
- Works in the best interest of the install support team.
- Tracks time and projects for both installs and staging.
- Conducts conference calls and attends them as needed in order to provide input on resource availability.
- Performs special assignments as required.

- Competent in maintaining company tools for ensuring company assets are kept in proper working condition.
- Collaborates with colleagues and removes silos between support groups. -
- Demonstrates teamwork by supporting and assisting other teams as necessary.
- Communicates positive and negative feedback that is specific and constructive.
- Demonstrates quality communications skills and exhibit a high level of professionalism with extreme sensitivity to customer satisfactions.
- Initiates solutions to improve quality and productivity.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
•Awareness of technical terms: Ethernet, IPSEC, VPN, Cisco, HP, CPE, VOIP, MPLS, IP, and other associated protocols
•Ability to interface with all levels of management, co-workers, and both internal and external customers.
• Ability to interact in a knowledgeable and professional manner with large enterprise customer's IT and telecom organizations, customer executive management (ex. IT Director, CIO, CTO), and vendors.
•Proficient: Extensive with Oracle ticketing, Able to follow basic troubleshooting steps. Basic management techniques
•Awareness: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio & SharePoint
•Awareness: Oracle, Remedy
•Participant Level: Strong verbal/interpersonal skills to effectively deal with escalated enterprise customers.
•Must have ability to adjust communication to match customer (i.e., low level technical for non-technical customers and high level technical when engaged with highly technical customers or IT staff)


Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
