The Product Stewardship Specialist works as part of the EHS team and plays a critical role in the information exchange with internal and external customers to ensure safe and proper handling of Fuchs' product portfolio. Specific responsibilities include:

* Identifying and communicating emerging product safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.

* Maintaining component hazard and regulatory information.

* Preparing Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and label text for Company's products according to the Global Harmonized System.

* Evaluating products and components against various governmental safety, environmental and transportation regulations.

* Responding to customer and internal Company product stewardship inquires.


* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, biology or related technical field required.

* 0 - 3 years of relevant product stewardship or chemical regulatory work experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to interact and communicate professionally with customers.

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience with SAP a plus.
