Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage full life cycle of recruiting process for production, technical and administrative positions. Includes communication with candidates from advertising, initial phone screen, scheduling interviews and job offers;

2. Manage internal job postings;

3. Complete on boarding of candidates from application through training;

4. Benefit administration;

5. OSHA/Workers Compensation administration and participation on Safety Committee;

7. Coordinate monthly Company events, annual United Way campaign and implementation of employee wellness programs;

8. Supervise Human Resources Assistant and Custodian.


1. Sustain effective and positive working relationships to ensure an environment aligned with both the Company's Core Values and profitability goals;

2. Be an ambassador for the company, both internally and externally to help build confidence, pride and value in the company;

3. Performs other duties as assigned by the EVP Finance & Operations or VP Human Resources;

4. Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Working knowledge of Human Resource best practices;

2. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential;

3. Bachelor's degree and two years minimum HR experience; or six years HR related experience in lieu of degree;

4. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, organization, business acumen and time managements skills;

5. Highly productive and a strong team player;

6. Flexible and positive attitude;

7. Commitment to the company vision, goals and its Core Values.
