Responsibilities - Manage incoming telephone calls - Field and send out send written business correspondence - You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks - Strong computer skills including customer database systems - Strong customer service and office administrative skills - Knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Customer service experience desired - Documentation experience - Proficiency in data entry - Experience with Microsoft Office - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Excellent communication and organizational skills If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
