We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to complement our team and add to the experience of our employees.

Primary Purpose and Function

The Human Resources Assistant will be a key contact for all administrative Human Resources functions for Kramer Beverage.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Perform the day to day administrative tasks of the HR Department including filing, copying, data entry.

* Maintaining organized employee and other files in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

* Administration of Cobra and FMLA.

* Administration of recruiting processes

* New Hire orientations and processing

* Benefit administration

* Perform other related duties as required

Knowledge and Skills

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Must be a strong multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities

* Highly organized and detail oriented

* Understanding of the strict need for confidentiality

* Flexibility and openness to varying duties

* Experience in recruiting administration a plus

* Any knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems is a plus

Education and Experience

* Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources

* 1-3 years of experience preferred

* High School Diploma Required
