Program Cost Analyst II

Support Systems Associates Inc. is a privately owned, nationwide company that specializes in engineering, logistics, production, and management services to both Government and industry. Our corporate offices are located in Melbourne, FL. We have facilities in Huntsville, AL and Warner Robins, GA.

Our Huntsville facility is located in the JetPlex Industrial Park at the Huntsville International Airport and includes office and manufacturing space to support production and maintenance of mission systems and aircraft modification kits in addition to a variety of logistics inventory needs. This operation is currently executing multiple programs with structural and electrical fabrication, kitting, final assembly, and aircraft modifications via field teams.

Our Warner Robins facility is located in The Park off Russell Parkway and includes office and some light manufacturing space to support production and maintenance of systems similar to those in our Huntsville facility. This operation is currently executing multiple programs which provide engineering and logistics services for the modification of aircraft.

SSAI's QMS is registered to AS9100 and AS9110. SSAI's core capabilities include mechanical, electrical, and electronic design, test, avionics engineering, software engineering, aircraft modification design/installation, modification kit production, and related logistics services.

I. Position Description:

Provides management support services in the areas of program analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), annual and multi-year fiscal planning, and development of work-plan(s). Performs research tasks to obtain various types of data which is analyzed to derive relationships involving system parameters, schedules, and cost variations. Provides program support interpretation, assessment, and analysis of planning documents and directives received from higher echelon to determine effect on Program Management Office (PMO) objectives and plans. Serves as cost analyst participating in the planning, coordinating and conducting of operations research studies of specific materiel/support systems. Assesses the impact of the various major components of hardware on costs and related support systems (i.e., maintenance, logistics, TOE, etc.) Monitors cost, schedule, technical, and operational aspects of projects for which responsible.

II. Basic Requirements (Education, Experience, Special Skills):

BA/BS - Required MS - Desired Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or Science. Experience of four (4) Years – Required with Earned Value Management, 6 Years - Desired Experience in Defense Program Analysis with Earned Value Management.
