The Global Supply Chain Security Sr. Analyst will be responsible to ensure that CSL implements a global supply chain security program. Coordinate and harmonize Supply Chain Security compliance across CSL sites and functions. Ensure company standards and controls related to Supply Chain Security are operating properly and consistently across sites and functions. Execute Global Supply Chain Security Compliance program for CSL. In order to achieve these goals the position holder needs to develop a good cross functional working relationship, especially with but not restricted to Finance, Purchasing, Commercial and Legal. Additional responsibilities include Implement the supply chain security management system and its activities which protect CSL s international and domestic supply chains from being used for illicit or illegal purposes including terrorism, contraband and human smuggling, loss, organized crime, or other conditions that may foster threats. Execute Global Supply Chain Security Compliance Program, including: Maintenance and continuous improvement of policies and procedures Ensure compliance with product and supply chain security standards Ensure compliance with regulatory programs Completion of the Annual Supply Chain Security Risk Assessment Conduct Supply Chain Security Audits - Audit logistics facilities for compliance with security standards. Author and present Supply Chain Security Audit reports and corrective and preventative actions Map physical supply chains Conduct Business Partner Reviews Periodically and annually conduct supply chain security vulnerability and threat assessments globally. Collaborate with logistics, global risk and insurance, environmental, health, and safety, and legal to determine people and facility risks. Communicate Supply Chain Security Compliance Policies to relevant company personnel. Provide technical assistance and training to employees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures. Conduct Supply Chain Security Due Diligence Review potential transportation and warehousing providers prior to selection. Identify high risk areas for Supply Chain Security breaches. Implement added controls to mitigate risk. Track and report on loss statistics. Research and recommend new technologies that may help prevent loss or improve detection. Conduct Post Incident Analysis and Investigation Business Partner Compliance Ensure supply chain business partner data is maintained Distribute and follow up on self-assessment security questionnaires Map supply chains in support of Risk Assessments Regulatory Knowledge Keep abreast of global regulations and ensure regulation changes are communicated and implemented throughout the company. Participate and represent CSL in industry trade groups focused on Supply Chain/Cargo Security.
