Internet Support Specialist 2

US Bank Gresham, OR
Assists contact center and various business lines with ongoing internet and system support issues. Assists with reviewing, researching, analyzing and compiling data, and development of project/release recommendations for new or revised systems. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation and implementation in accordance with business line needs. Acts as a liaison between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to resolve more complex customer internet bill pay or various technological issues.

Basic Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Two to four years of direct experience in internet and technology system support; or

* Three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate U.S. Bank, vendor and competitor products and services

* Thorough knowledge of business line or functional area systems and procedures

* Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service

* Strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills

* Proficient keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software

* Excellent presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
