Insurance Client Advocate I : Customer Service, CIS

Interactwith customer and clients, as well as other teams and representatives regardingexternal client's services and products answering Calls. Deliver information in answer to generalinquiries and assist in the resolution of customer concerns. Also will assist in processing claims andPolicy Owner service requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Receive in-bound calls by clarifying thetype of product purchased and the options available within the contractaccount. This is to be done withoutusing a scripted response.

* Clarify the needs of the caller using industry and product knowledge and callcenter skills.

* Track and document calls using a company specific software program.

* Achieve high level of single call resolution.

* Handle difficult problems and avoid escalation whenever possible.

* Continuously improve call handling skills, system knowledge, and communicationskills, thus enhancing customer service levels.

* Provide exceptional service to the customer that meets or exceeds all clientcontractual service level agreements.

* Complete call request based on client specific time line.

* Assist, or train newrepresentatives as needed.

* Ability to work in a fast paced multi functional environment.

REQUIREMENTS

* InboundCall Center experience in a high volume call center.

* Health and Life insurance processingexperience a plus.
