The Collection Analyst is responsible formanaging the collection and resolution of outstanding Accounts Receivablebalances from accounts and assist in preparing weekly reports providing status updatesof open items as well as responding to inquiries from customers, Sales or externalcollection resources.

Reviewnew orders for approval assessing whether to hold or qualify in a timely mannerwhile considering status of existing accounts receivables.

Achievemaximum performance by contacting customers for payment information based onaging report resolving disputes through those communications and collectingpast dues.

Communicatewith and promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customersincluding Credit/Collections, Warehouse, Product Mgmt., Sales, Carriers andother departments/contact as needed.

Researchcollection histories on existing customers and resolving past dues in a timelymanner.

Identify,recognize and address concerns/red flags with guidance.

Escalate largecollection or reconciliation issues in a timely manner

What makes you a bestseller?

Bachelor'sDegree from an accredited college or university plus two to five years ofrelated experience and/or equivalent education and experience required.

Workingknowledge of collection/credit procedures plus working knowledge of MS Office(Excel/Word) required, advanced user highly desirable.

Demonstratedexperience multi-tasking in a team environment interfacing with internalcustomers and providing the highest level of customer service at alltimes.

Provenexperience working on problems of basic scope and assisting in the resolutionof problems with some guidance.

Generalaccounting knowledge required, QuickBooks experience desired.

Excellentverbal and written communication skills a must.
