Work Study - Financial Aid Call Center - 3852

Applicant will provide excellent customer service in the Financial Aid Call Center answering incoming phone calls and returning messages from students and families requesting information on financial aid processes; outstanding requirements, navigating student portal, scholarships, etc. Training will be provided. Position requires ability to use independent judgment and initiative; must be reliable and punctual and handle highly confidential information appropriately. Other related office duties as assigned (filing, word processing, typing photo copying, document imaging/scanning, etc.). Position requires some lifting of boxes, less than 40 lbs.
