Join us as a Specialist, Reporting and Analytics – Source to Pay (STP) team. Bring your passion to drive results as you will be accountable for performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end STP process for the Kellogg organization, calling out trend visibility, and ensuring proper controls are in place to minimize financial risk in support of the Global Business Services (GBS) strategic objectives. You'll use your expertise to manage all blocked invoices to include research and resolution of quantity blocks, working with suppliers to correct invoicing, and working with internal peers to assist in issue resolution. You will be accountable to reconcile all STP related accounts to include vouchered payables, good receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR), etc. You'll be able to shine as you'll create a seamless and satisfying internal and external customer experience for all interactions with the Kellogg GBS Center STP team. You'll be relied upon to consistently meet compliance measures and achieve service level agreements (SLAs); as well as achieve and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality service and efficiency within a strong internal control framework. - Customer Focus & Operations: Bring your appetite for exceeding customer expectations as you'll be accountable for ensuring that STP deliverables are met for quality and are delivered within a strong internal control framework in accordance with Kellogg Corporate Accounting Policy. You'll ensure timely processing of all financial transactions. You'll use your financial acumen to manage all blocked invoice activity to include collection, interpretation and evaluation of data to draw logical conclusions and convey complex information. Bring your passion for excellence, as you'll effectively facilitate the timely and accurate resolution of issues and conduct trend analysis by proactively collaborating with internal and external customers to establish long term processes to reduce blocks. We will rely upon your business acumen to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for the resolution of aged items. You'll use your expertise to facilitate the determination of root causes of variances and find solutions to prevent them in the future. You'll routinely execute blocked invoice reports and analyze variances. Bring your ability to drive results and influence as you'll coordinate resolution of outstanding items with vendors, supply chain team, Kellogg facilities, and STP Lead – working cross-functionally to facilitate resolution.
- Perform Account Reconciliation: Your financial expertise will be crucial to ensure reconciliation is done in accordance with Kellogg Company Policy. You'll be accountable for timely submission and accuracy within the Cadency Account Reconciliation tool. You'll be responsible to complete balance sheet account reconciliation and resolution of aged balances. Drive results – as you'll ensure compliance with GAAP, Standard Policies and Procedures, and other company policies and procedures.
- Capability Building & Drive Innovation: Bring your hunger to contribute to the learning of others, as you'll contribute to the learning of the STP team through sharing best work practices and peer-to-peer coaching. You'll conduct STP training for the KNA business. You'll play a key role to support implementation of improvements for process efficiency, quality and control key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). You'll be able to shine as you'll work on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities to make the process more effective.
