Position Description:

The District Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the units sales and market share of Supreme's products at determined profit levels by: effective sales management techniques; developing and guiding the implementation of the market's specific business plan; achieving account profitability and sales targets; serving as the primary account contact for dealers, fleets, leasing and end users in the market area; ensuring the appropriate level of support is readily available to satisfy customer requirements by providing account leadership. This individual will also be responsible for directing the marketing promotions and strategies for the market area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall relationship with all dealers, fleets, leasing firms and end users in the designated and surrounding areas by:

* Developing account strategies in accordance with overall strategy.

* Developing and implementing account goals with customers.

* Providing weekly & monthly updates to the Director of Sales.

* Conducting regular visits to customers.

* Coordinating major bids for fleets & leasing with Regional staff.

* Attending annual meetings, special meetings, events, and/or product inspections as required.

* Working with the Plant and/or Master Scheduler to supply capacities for major fleet/leasing builds to ensure that customer expectations are being met.

* Consistently seek to improve the relationships within District locations for the following leasing companies.

* Forecast sales for assigned accounts to the Director of Sales annually and then updated as required.

* Attend and support designated Trade Shows and Customer Open Houses and events as needed including and other shows as required.

* Work on special account responsibilities added by the Director of Sales as needed.

* Contribute to the Team atmosphere of the Regional and Company as a whole by considering the individuals on the team and looking for ways to compliment one another's talents and skills. New ideas and ways of improving the process are expected from each team member.

Education Requirements:

* Bachelor's required, Master's (MBA) preffered in Marketing or a Business-related field

Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience:

* 5 – 10 years Sales Experience and/or marketing experience or customer service experience

* Proficient with Microsoft Office and other presentation tools

* Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies

* Ability to effectively monitor category performance versus plan and communicate accordingly

* Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

* Desire to embrace the challenge of managing and growing the account market base

* Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders internally and with customer

* Possess strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
