NeuroRestorative-ME is seeking Life Skills Trainers in Gorham to provide training, assistance and supervision to MENTOR ABI Group participants in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential & community settings.

NeuroRestorative Maine offers Neurorehabilitation, Neurobehavioral and Supported Living programs for adults with brain injuries and other neurological challenges. Located in the beautiful community of Gorham, participants receive the appropriate level of supervision, services and supports based on their individual rehabilitation goals.

Description

Life Skills Trainersprovide assistance to program participants to offer support with dailyactivities like bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding. LSTs help withteaching skills to promote independent living, administer medications, takevital signs, and work with the families of our participants.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

* Minimum of a High school diploma or GED

* PSS, DSP, or CRMA preferred but not required. We will provide these trainings.

* Six months to one year of experience in the human services industry preferred

* Valid driver's license from state of residence in good standing.
